>>11526032yeah it's rough. i should clarify that i do have an uncle or two that are very cool and most of the middle aged couples aren't particularly aggravating i just don't have any way to relate to most of them really.
it's all a lot more tolerable around christmas but when i hate the holiday already it certainly doesn't help. at least nowadays i have my own car so i can drive up separately and make an excuse to leave after an hour or two
yeah he's truly the absolute worst. fortunately everyone pretty much seems to agree that he's horribly cringe but it would be just as awkward to try condemning his behavior the 2-3 times a year most of us see him so nobody really speaks to him unless spoken to and in those cases they only really say as much as politeness demands. funniest part to me is that his mom is included in this behavior
