These people are all very average IQ dummies pushing paper around doing nothing.
When you get a project... just invent problems, delay, project that it will take 2 times as long as it should .... you get the picture.
It's not rocket science... there are probably 100s of internet sites dedicated to these tricks of how to avoid work in the office.
