I accidentally lost about 4kg last month from various stress related events which would probably be amazing for many, but I want to stay at 80kg+, not below it.
Are you trying to lose some weight? Running is great to do so, by running just once a week I started getting progressively better, from 150 kcal to nearly 270 if I'm not mistaken - in just four weeks, so imagine what would it be to run for real!
It was all on treadmil, that's why I have numbers.
But then again - I'm not really sure if treadmils weighted me properly even once.
Are you exercising by any chance?
