once in the morning do prison routine of spiderman/navy seals, and other basic bodyweight stuff. At night fill bags with water, stick in a pillowcase, lift that shit for bicep curls while watching fagflix or whatever. Do a plank, anything to keep moving.
Food you can eat once a day anything you want, pounds will fall off. If no discipline for this then cut every portion you eat in half.
You'll be surprised how many of those prison exercises you can do after a month you will be blasting out spidermans
