I work as a receptionist at a hotel where I was recently learn that I votes as the president of the "cripples" among some other stuff members. The manager also agreed as I was informed. In my opinion I work my ass off over the regular 8 hours and do as much as I can. I work as a receptionist at night, but also whenever they need me I do the barman, waiter, dishwasher, poolboy etc. I did not have a complain about my performance. Even when I ask repeatedly they say that it is ok. The managers are one of my friend's parents. I don't want to quit out of respect and also I don't want to leave them in the middle of the season. This fucking joke is also embodied in the behaviour of everyone against me making feel like an asshole. I have suicidal thought for a long time now hoping that this time now and this fucking situation does not help at all. Please help!!!!
