But then I look at the almost completely marble city in Turkmenistan filled with incredible monuments and buildings that almost no-one is allowed to visit and I wonder why even with all their money emirates cannot create works of art. One of the most memorable cities I've ever walked around is Valletta in Malta, there is an atmosphere in those streets that are different to other places
