People like my parents, grandparents, family friends etc all 100% believe in a Marxian view of class warfare and a Marxian structure of society, but they view it from the opposite end, they view the proles as a dangerous mass that need to be manipulated and subjugated. My parents for example, 100% support all the bullshit authoritarian laws like banning websites, monitoring peoples internet usage, being able to tap into peoples phones without warrants etc etc not because they care about terrorism from groups like ISIS, but because they know the purpose of shit like that is to crack down on Proles when the next financial crisis happens and people take enmass in the streets.
Also fun fact, the law is applied vastly differently to people of my class than your class. For example, close family friend of my mothers has a meth head as a son, that methhead, went and king hit a guy out, hijacked a car and went on a joy ride. How long do you think he got?
