3. Men not showing their emotions is cultural. Again it's a weird American thing. In Some cultures everyone is expected to express their emotions and are outspoken about it like Southern Europe or the Middle East, and in some cultures people are quiet and reserved but open up emotionally around people they're close with like in Russia or Scandinavia, and in some cultures people are expected to hide their emotions to maintain dignity like Japan or South Korea, but will be straightforward and direct when telling how they feel. But gender is not a big factor. Only in America is there such a gender distinction in this way
