They already got 250k (k!) trucks and locomotives from you. They had great tanks and artillery. Their war machine was running hot, all munition factories were safe behind Urals, and that army was completed and battle hardened.
It was just a matter of order from Stalin.
Of course what would they've gained- they had no real big fleet or advanced subs so taking over England wasn't possible in a single swift offensive. Probably.
And yeah they knew about your Manhattan project, Stalin wasn't that stupid.
They've killed 70 (75%?) of German land armies. Probably would do the same to allies.
Still- there was no strategic advantage in turning against America nd England, they were worn out as everybody.
