Look at consumer stocks like PEP, BF.B, KHC, TGT and a shit ton of others, Literally stagnating/declining revenues and the stocks are at +20 P/E +30 P/EV because they're all in debt up to their neck. On the other hand Chink shit is at low P/E, and most companies are cash rich with even lower P/EV. It is simple mathematics. Like the Chink tech isn't cheap anymore, but the tickers I shared are.
