Well one more time about xenophobia in jewish books. Is is absolutley normal for that time period. It was very common for that times in Mesopothamia to just kill all folks in some country and take control over it. And it was not jews, but sumerians for example. May be jews just did obtained written books very early so many of such xenophobic things were written down and this is ... amazing. This is very interesting source of information from 2000 years ago.
But in no way any tipical jew in 2020 gives a fuck about what is written in this book. And of caurse nobody consider them an instruction to action (except probably you). If you check any culture/nation that have some old books etc, probably they will be pretty xenophobic and bloody. But you just believe that jews follow it, but the most of jews did not even read them.
Well there is some religios people that may follow such things, but they are just sect and have no real power.
