Liberals and atheists entire world view is 'head canon', thinking in hypotheticals instead of taking reality as it is.
Empathy, motivation, hope, courage can come from hypothetical places, but when you conflate the two it is mental illness.
They can't distinguish which is which.
The earth COULD be ruined in a decade! That 3 year old COULD be raped by Bigfoot and be unable to have an abortion! Society COULD be like star trek if we just get rid of religion and skin color!
Eventually they conflate ludicrous possibilities with how reality actually is and ignore evidence to the contrary until they are literally forced to confront the results of their policies (that's why they live in gated communities..but if they move next to a homeless encampment their mind suddenly changes on the subject of the homeless).
