morning: watery solution minoxidil 5% with caffeine and panthenol, one drop on the temples and like 2 drops across the hairline and press in a little bit and use a derma roller on it enhances absorption
good thing is this watery solution wont really grease up my hair at all pretty much
evening: rosemary and/or peppermint oil (dht blocking) a small drop on the receding spots also slightly pressing in with finger and derma roller a tiny bit
after a couple days wash hair with anti dandruff / ketoconazole / or herbal shampoo
supplements:
- Kieselguhr (silica) rly cheap worth it for thickness! also detoxes aluminum
- saw palmetto for internal dht blocking (dont seem to get much side effect)
- Biotin + selenium + zinc
- other B-Vitamins, extra B12
- Pea protein (or some protein source)
- Ginkgo for blüd flow and shit
- make sure thyroid is working fine else it can thin or fall out too (Thyrosine, Selenium, Iodine right small dose, Ashwagandha, Thyroxine meds if you just cant help it otherwise)
also got an appointment with dermatologist to ask for a dutasteride / finasteride recipe its blocking DHT conversion stronger internally than just saw palmetto and thats how it works on the front a bit better too
