perhaps. i'm probably just overthinking it and the professor is a pretty standup guy anyway so i doubt he'll take it poorly.
as is it shouldn't be any extra work for the professor. homework is set up as individual dropboxes with their own due dates so it would just be my assignments showing up in those really early
pretty sure. the biggest concern is vocabulary since my memory is extremely crippled overall, but the course doesn't emphasize having every single vocabulary word for a chapter locked down anyway. the big thing is that the current pace of the class is one chapter every 2-3 weeks which is absolutely glacial. if i were trying to ensure i wasn't ever going to miss a single vocabulary word then i might need this much time but i can manage getting it serviceable in half that time and get comfortable with grammar concepts in a fraction of that. a big part of the puzzle is that i'm willing to dedicate way more time per week studying than the class is asking for.
