I'm sorry anon, I wish I could give you advice. But I do have something I can recommend. Push yourself to do at least one thing you enjoy every day. Even if you feel like you won't enjoy it, just do it.
That thing could be watching an episode of anime every night. Even if you're not in the mood, just do it. It certainly makes my night tolerable and honestly I go to bed happy..
