If you think that entities that will exist in the future will even remotely care about "you", you're delusional. Over 99% of species have eventually gone extinct, and there's no reason why humanity won't either, even with transhumanist technology. The godlike AIs that will exist in the future will probably care about humanity about as much as you care about ants.
