The only way to keep those jobs around from outsourcing is to ruthlessly protect the industry from the invaders, or only allow outsourcing to select allied countries. I agree though tech is done, from this point forward its 2 billion Indian Hindu rapejeets and millions of other neets fighting over ghost positions and maybe one unpaid internship posted every 6 months.
India is lobbying the US government to make sure they get 80% of the tech visas every year. And obviously the same thing is happening all across the world.
