We don't have to guess either. We know what classical era leaders looked like thanks to sculptors. Ancient rulers of Egypt like King Tut were white and pale; there is precedent for the ruling class being of different stock than the rabble, and busts of ancient sculptures look suspiciously like germanic whites. Look at this image and tell me where and what is the "Carthaginian" haplogroup.
