basically if you are making your own food from homegrown veggies you have to weigh every ingredient to get the actual value of calories; since if you use aproximations your relative standard deviation can be 10% or more, resulting in 250-300 kcal questionable
plus I can't really bulk
my body burns all the stuff I eat because it's an engine that loves overheating (it's like a furnace in my body)
if I eat any more I just number 2 that
I got a level cap how much calories I can absorb
