Current Holohoax dogma (since about 1990 with spread of WWW) says that Death Kamps were only in Poland and only remote locations and even then only a tiny number of Germans were in on it and even most Jews in the Kamps, not gainfully employed for years, knew "what was going on".....
because I guess even with Police State firmly in control and after 1000yrs of constant anti-Semitism from all churches, schools, govts and everyone, it would've caused big problems for the Nazis if average Germans thought something bad was being done to any Jews.
BTW, The Jews will claim any crimes done by Jews:
1)don't transfer to any other Jews.
2)if done as part of any Govt, ALL responsibility vanishes completely when that Govt entity is superseded, such as USSR.
In other words, Germans have about as much "collect guilt" for The Holocaust(tm) as average American tax payers have for WTF they are doing to imprisoned UFO survivors in Area 51.
Now lets do "collective guilt" for The Jews and their crimes.
In 1988 CIA said USSR's Communist Party was about 30 Jewish with 15,000,000 members and about 5 million Jews in USSR. In other words almost every Jew was a Kard Karrying Communist. That was back when "Have you ever been a Member of Communist Party?" was THE question for joining US military, immigration, etc so you could assume it was just like a gang might keep certain members free of tatts to infiltrate police.
What % of Jews support Israel and its crimes? Virtually all of them, with a few LARPing to be able to at least claim "not ALL Jews", and majority of Jews actively contribute actual support for these crimes (although though I'm sure much of that is peer pressure, more like threats, from Jew bosses).
Whatever Germans did to Jews was justified, because Jews were only in Germany to rip-off the joint.
