You don't have to try to explain, I know you're utterly incapable of examining your behavior and totally unwilling to do so honestly, I'm just puzzled that narcs are so dedicated to abuse, but don't really have any ability to insult people. I suppose most narcs don't 'insult' so much as they're made aware of some sensitive spot and they exploit it. So for you to be insulting you have to be around that person enough to notice a vulnerability. By the way, you're former family--all of whom rightly abandoned you to the extent that they were able--would INSTANTLY be able to recite the various soft spots you have exploited to abuse them. I would get along with them well, the victims of narcs relate well because all narcs are the same.
