Bear with me because its about to get orwellian. The problem with society is psychopaths and sociopaths. They were never taught empathy at a young age and thus they will never learn it. These npcs with no inner monologue will go on to create havoc for the rest of humanity. They will seek to dominate and torture others to satisty their sexual urges and they will feel no guilt or shame in doing so because they do not care about the feelings of others.
There is only one way to fix such a detrimental problem to the human race. There is a cause to all these pscyhopaths and sociopaths. Shitty bad parents. The only way to safeguard the future is to prevent these societal impediments from ever being born. Search your heart, you know it to be true. If allowed to exist, Evil will strike. If you keep a snake in your bed, it will bite you.
Parents must be vetted and evaluated before they can have children. This means mandatory working non harmful birthcontrol methods for men and women, not that zog shit on the market today. Think about it. Think about how many shitty bad parents are in the world today. How many selfish single mothers raising little mininukes just waiting to explode. To sit idle on our hands as the world fills up with shitty bad people is a diservice to all humanity.
What qualifications will make up this vetting procedure? And who will do the vetting? These are problems we can solve together as a society.
The sad reality is many people do not deserve children and they will create a netloss for humanity. By preventing angry males being born to single mothers we would drastically drop the crime rate in half a century. We would align humanity back onto a path towards the stars.
