They watch and post alongside us and pass the info along to analysts who paw through it and assign monitors to people who need it. Couple years ago we had a mass shooter get lost on his way to pol. 4chan had to pause for a moment to let the glows gather the archive information. After that we had a few agents assigned to monitor bant full time.
