This assume that modern Latin is understandable by Roman of the First Century, that I could pass as a patrician with my healthy teeth and skin compared to a local farmer, that the clothes I am currently wearing could be traded on the Forum for a fair amount of sesters (smooth cotton tshirt could pass as silk, sport shoes may be the an invaluable item and jeans could easily be mistaken for a piece of leather armor).
I would go to the public baths as often as every citizen and start using my own made perfumed soap. I'm sure some rich patrician would ask for my secret, hopefully it would introduce soap 200 years before it was actually popularized by Gauls and Germans. I would quickly open my own stand on the forum to sell soap and try to bribe some senators to make it mandadoty to use soap in Roman Army. Hopefully I would start my own corporation and own everything the lands to grow Suaeda maritima where is extracted the alcali, the olive oil windmill powered press, the shops, the transports... In short, starting the very first industrial lobby powered by the Roman expansionism.
I would start recruiting youg Romans and offer them to run small business maybe bribe the Senate to create a function of commissary responsible of soap supplies and general health of a Legion so that the richest praticians could place their offspring in a safe position a during their mandatory service. The main objective of this little soap empire would be to create a Roman Institute of Health with the experience of the commissary and surgeons from the military. This will not only improve the life exptancy of men and women but allows for more population growth.
