i don't like macdick sauces but at least this way you've got enough for all the nuggets, those little plastic boxes look like they have enough sauce for three bites
the foids at work keep journals, they seem to find them useful. personally i wouldn't put down half of the stuff they or this guy suggest putting down but i think it's a good idea to put down a schedule of let's say how you plan to spend the week's free time, ideas you mean to follow up on, what to cook, more recently different variables i try for different coffees, etc. etc. i've been considering getting a journal but haven't yet
