>>11476207>No, it wasn't and Jesus died a full centuryJesus died exactly 40 years before the temple at Jerusalem was destroyed.
Check the Talmud for what happened in those 40 years...
>before the PAGAN ROMANS (not Jesus) destroyed the temple and did their level best to exterminate world Jewry. If Jesus is God, then the scripture was fulled which says (in Deuteronomy ch28 v49) "The Lord shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand;", since there is a well established correlation between a nation in the bible and it's association with some kind of animal. The standard of the Roman Empire was what? (Consequently, the standard of Nazi Germany was what?)
>and according to legend was passed down from the time of MosesUnsubstantiated bullshit. The earliest writings of the Babylonian Talmud are from around 200 AD. You have to go by the earliest texts you can find, and we do not find any indication of some secret interpretation passed down orally. The same rules of truth apply to all things, in that the physical representation of the ideology must have some relation to something physical that represents it. In this case, the texts themselves.
Chronologically, christianity came before modern day "judaism" if you judge them by the dates of earliest texts alone. Furthermore, this is very heavily related to how we see the supposed "christ myth" in pagan cultures as some documentaries suggest, didn't come about until much later after christianity became the norm (popular) and they had to contend with it ideologically to keep believers. Also, mysteriously, around 200 AD.
