The simple answer is No. I am almost certain that getting into a relationship with a woman would make my life worse instead of making it better. I am not mentally ready for that challenge
nor, obvious, do I have the means
I do not desire being put in a romantic relationship with a woman. I have other more urgent things to be concerned about and getting a woman would only increase that mental strain that is already upon me
