It's possible that one more of Noah's sons married girls with some nephilim heritage.
God in Enoch seemed to be more focused on those whose patrialineage could be traced to an angel instead of Adam. We don't know if nephilim were always boys. And, what happened if any of the nephilim had daughters.
So, God might have let some hybrids live if they were female so that Noah's sons could marry some of them.
