One of my favourites (Zombie Ko) was a joke by a cafe. It's just one of the waitresses in VR chat playing analog games as a zombie. Then it blew up so much they got in trouble because they stole the model from the Unity store.
Another smaller youtuber who grew fast was a girl who really liked a old style of anime bishie. (S)he is called Uka and actually has really nice messages and just spit balls in her own little world. (She even put on her twitter that she's chill with people drawing lewds of her)
Sometimes a anime girl being voiced is all you need.
