>>2559974There are many meditation techniques. What I do is lay down on my back in a dark room and get comfortable. Only focus on your breathing at first, keep it calm and steady and let your body take over. Then you start doing progressive relaxation. Start at your toes. Let them relax and then let that relaxation slowly flow up towards and over your head. Then stop focusing on anything. Just let your self, your mind spread out into the world. Basic rundown but give it a try. It takes practice like anything else. I'd tell you to start or join a related thread on /x/, but we're getting shilled hard right now and it may be difficult to separate the good stuff from the shit. Once you strengthen your mind/spirit, you will feel less empty and more in control of your life.
