>>6999653I've lived for a year in a space like that. In Iraq/Afghanistan they had modular housing units that were basically tiny, cramped spaces like that. The 4 person units were basically two of those together without a wall on between, maybe a bit bigger, but more cramped since everyone had to keep so much gear in there. The two person ones were about like that. You get used to it. It's kind of comfy in a way but not something I would want to do permanently. You never get that feeling of disconnected privacy when you can touch both sides of the house at the same time. I much preferred just living in the tents we had in the mountains and on the small, isolated bases. Even though you shared it with everyone else you at least didn't feel so restricted all of the time. Pic related was a two person room.
