At the beginning of every school year you sign a contract agreeing to abide by the school’s rules and expectations. Every public school in the United States is required by law to have this contract. In the contract, you are agreeing to face consequences if you defame the school or create a hostile learning environment for your peers.
From the moment you walk into school property, your agreement to the contract is assumed. Lawyering up will do you no good. It will just make you look like a racist asshole and prevent you from ever getting into college or a job in the real world.
