Invert the "order of operations" and the truth is there's specific traits women are attracted to that occur at different rates among whatever way to form a category of men, including race. We can safely assume a 6'2/184cm guy with broad shoulders, low body fat, and some muscle development will be attractive to a broad set of just about any female population. That type of guy occurs at a fairly high rate among blacks and whites, less so among latinos and asians.
The OP wants an "attractive guy" as per above, which simply is not common these days among any racial category. Supposedly the average weight gain during the Corona Spring was 10lbs/5kg.
