I specifically asked inb4 his opinion on Kagan to AZ, he saying that Kagan worked under Thurgood Marshall.
I know nothing of him, so I did a small dig, hoping to understand what inb4 was alluding to, and yet, I'm still not certain if his was a promising, or disturbing, statement, though I'm leaning towards "not good":
