The righties would play it but for the exact opposite reason, thinking they are helping spread awareness of the horrors of abortion. The goal is to just challenge people to look into abortion as it really is, and then let nature do its work: people are naturally averse to abortion when the really see how it works, and finally seeing it, even in a simulator (it would be as realistic as possible) would at least plant the seed of doubt when it comes to that.
