I think animal products are good but I wouldn't rely too much on just them
Vegetables have tons of beneficial stuff and you should also be eating things like Lentils imo, they bring alot of nutrients to the table
Also consider supplementing with Glycine if you are consuming so many animal products they tend to have alot of Methionine and the Glycine can help combine that into Creatine instead so it doesn't cause cancer as much as it otherwise would without the Glycine
Don't overdo Glycine either though the body can translate it into Oxalates or something, which would be bad if you have kidnes stones or kidney issues or problems with Oxalates (which i think is rather rare) Same goes for Vitamin C.
Just take like a teaspoon or two a day. You can use it as a sweetener.
