well if i end up having to take the class then my grade is lowering the longer i don't have the book
>>11086893very nice yukyungs
>>11086896word. he's so mad and for what? i can understand the concern that i'll not do my assignments to avoid paying for the book then get mad at him when i've fallen behind because i'm sure some students do that sort of thing but i think i've been pretty clear that i'm not falling behind by not reading the material in a timely manner because i know it already and i understand if i'm overestimating myself or i miss assignment deadlines that require the book that it'll be reflected in my grade and i only have myself to blame. he's acting like i'm antagonizing him already just by trying to get information about what exactly i need to do instead of dedicating all resources possible to doing classwork that may or may not end up getting nullified
yeah it's super rough. i was worried that all my classes would be nothing but that guy. fortunately he seems to be the only one and the only other type of cringies are people who are obviously just checked out or a bit slow which will happen in any program and get weeded out as material gets harder
cannot speak to what an absolute lad he is to be honest. i also really like that he goes out of his way to use a lot of japanese interjections and replies when the context can be inferred by tone. like when he's asking people to pronounce a word on screen he'll start by saying "what's this one?" to the first person then asking in japanese afterwards. goes a long way to getting a feel for natural speech i think
