They will see you for exactly what you are, and may reveal you to yourself, and this revelation of yourself to yourself may cause you distress, but it is all for the good in the end.
What you really, really don't want to see are the ones covered over entirely in mouths. All you can do is pray, and hope that you still have time on earth to change your ways, and that this wasn't your final crossing into the place after.
