Dried beans can be stored for like years and they'll pretty much stay fresh the entire time. Just get a 15 kilo bag of them and they'll last you for months a fraction of the price. And when you want to eat them, all you have to do is soak them overnight and they're ready to eat the next day with just a few minutes of cooking.
