I have citizenship from Latino country so I can get citizenship quickly in Spain (4-5 years max) and universities are cheap and affordable there, but I've heard the economy is really shit for people aged 18-30.
As for Canada, I learned French in high school and I can express myself in French pretty well, and I always wanted to visit Québec, but universities cost quite a bit, both monthly and yearly. Also citizenship is 5 years to obtain.
I also know some Chinese but I'm not sure how that would help since I'm barely A2 but eh.
