The Northern ones are White, the southern lol nope. My rule is that if they look white, then they are white, no matter how they behave. If they don't look completely white, but have high intelligence levels, then I consider them white. Antonin Scalia would be a good example of this.
Sicily and Southern Italy were definitely under moorish Muslim occupation for nearly 3 centuries before the Crusades.
Of course this isn't enough to change the demographic but it's more than enough to alter it a bit.
