Now presently we are faced with tons of societal strife. It would seem the powers that be have laid their whole hand on the table. Perhaps its because we are living in it and are aware, but things feel as if they are accelerating faster than ever before. Its as if the elites/power structures are running out of time or finally making their most bold push yet to try and seal their control for the rest of time. If one wanted to keep people from experiencing a true spiritual awakening(Kundalini, Sacred Secretion, Chi, Vril, etc all ancient cultures discovered this phenonmenon independently of each other) a combination of respiratory illness(diagphragm based rhythimic breathing is key), mass fear for their saftey(positive mindset is also key), economy/market running on lies/mass inflation, increased EMF radiation(5G, however radio waves in general are bad for living organisms but vary in intensity), and finally a virus or vaccination(FUNVAX video link below) that out right diminishes your inherent connection to the one true God/infinite consciousness of the universe. On top of that a well rounded diet of clean food and water, good circulation from cardio or streching/yoga, and direct sunlight help immensenly in acheiving that awakening all hard to do consistently with intermittent lockdowns. The mind, body, and soul are all the one and the same in different forms.
