Kazan (Volga Bulgaria, amerimutts may know it as "the great tartaria") is, pretty much, the whitest region in the whole of Russia. It's the center and the heart of the country. Otherwise the there are many nationalities here that can be considered white too. But half of the country is in Asia and Asian people live there obviously, descendants and bearers of superior Genghis Khan genes. The western part is largely khazarian mutts but I'm okay with that personally.
