Imagine a sealed room full of hot air: despite the high energy of each air particle, the air won't move - no breeze, no action - because all the little particles are bouncing around randomly. If you open a window, the air - in a spontaneous expression of its pent-up energy - will rush out of the room.
There's enough energy among White people that it could blow over the whole world; this hasn't happened yet because there's no obvious place for that energy to go. No one has pointed to a clear and morally acceptable course of action, so the masses can't band together and use their energy.
(((They))) must confuse and mislead the masses as much, so that most people will bumble around independently (which will prevent a spontaneous expression of energy).
