I've become friends with the building delivery manager at one of the main science buildings and he gave me a full windows 10 desktop setup that he saved from the trash. My best finds have been 3 mint condition Wacom drawing tablets (hundreds of dollars each at retail) and an ipad mini that I was able to fix and wipe.
