I regularly dream about future events or can instinctively sense what's going to happen in the future and I'm usually right.
For example I dreamed of the lockdowns in the summer of 2019.
I had a series of four vivid dreams involving people standing in lines, empty streets, massive amounts of propaganda and a generally depressing atmosphere.
In the dreams there were posters everywhere, television screens, and loudspeakers droning a repetitive and warning message.
Strangely when I awoke I could never remember what message was being broadcast or what the posters said.
One of the dreams consisting of me going into a building with sliding doors with placards and posters everywhere. People were standing in lines. There was a droning voice repeating a threatening message on a loop. When I left the building I was surprised to find the streets deserted with only a few pedestrians and only few cars.
The whole thing seemed bizarre.
Fast forward to Friday 12 March 2020. The government announced a lockdown.
On Monday I went to the supermarket and it was exactly like my dream.
I walked in the sliding doors and there were posters and placards hanging up and standing everywhere, full of covid bullshit. People were standing in lines.
Instead of music the store had a droning audio loop of "health advice" that kept repeating the same message without pause.
When I left the streets were empty .
The thing is that particular dream of the sequence was so strange I thought it was a surreal nightmare when in fact it was precise description in advance of what happened in early 2020.
