Basically when the north and south pole flip the earth momentarily stops rotating, this is where most of the destruction happens since the oceans and air keep right on spinning due to momentum. This causes over hundred mile per hour winds and massive inland flooding not to mention continental shifting. everything gets buried in mud and ~99% of people die.
I only started going down this rabbit hole because I work at a fortune 500 in CA and our CEO ran off with all the other CEO's in a mass exodus to places like New Zealand and Brazil right before COVID. Somethings up and it has to do with history not fake virus nonsense.
