You can astral project through a sleep paralyses. To get a sleep paralyses you can get it through a lucid dream by being aware of your own body. The only lucid dream i had became one. I'm planning on getting more lucid dreams and having the ability to get them regularely. now the hard part is getting out of your body when you are in a sleep paralyses. i only managed to get my legs and head out. my next plan is to get out and find my spirit guides. they might be higher selfs. or some sort. they are the ones who guide astral projection explorers. so they know a lot of useful things.
