Long time keto guy here. I’m gonna make this shit super simple for anyone interested.
First of all, it’s not complicated. Eat fatty meats and shit loads of green vegetables. For the first week or so as you kick your carb craving, get into Ketosis and fat adaptation you’ll be hungry as hell and that’s ok, SO EAT! Once you’re fat adapted, start doing 16/8 Intermittent fasting. It’s easy cause your hunger is suppressed.
Want to know a perfect meal for this? Taco salad. Cook up a few pounds of ground beef and drain just a little of the fat. Throw this over some lettuce or spinach, throw cheese, sour cream, avocado, and hot sauce on this. The macros are absolute perfect and this will keep you running for hours.
For dinner, this is usually where I get most of my fiber. I’ll have a nice serving of meat like Barbacoa or a pork loin with a big fat spinach salad with broccoli, cauliflower, avocado, and jalapeños with some low carb/high fat dressing like Brianna’s French Vinnaigrette or Ken’s Steamhouse buttermilk ranch.
For snacks you can have pork rinds and salsa, almonds. I keep a rotisserie chicken around to just tear a piece off when I want a snack.
Also, hydrate. Drink a gallon of water a day. Keeps your hydrated and feeling full. Don’t be afraid to put salt on your foods.
Doing all this can easily keep your under 20g carbs a day if not under 10. Simplest diet ever and you’ll never look at sugar the same again. You’ll be repulsed by sweets that you see normies give into cravings for. You’ll be free.
