It's good because it has surprisingly reasonable savings %age, whilst being annoying to access so it doesn't even tempt me. The issue is in that moving is getting more and more expensive, whilst it's even harder to actually even get the new flat/house all together because muh guarantors (I'm not from a rich family). So I am absolutely forced to dip into it, and sadly, I don't have family to get financial help from, so last time it was me living on actual ramen and potatoes for about 3 months. I'm just so tired of this 3 steps forwards 2 steps backwards thing... How much longer do I need to endure this?
